Maw was born in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, and began his artistic journey at the age of 16, working with acrylics and watercolors. His early work stood out for its vibrant use of color and the incorporation of fantastical, imaginative themes. He pursued higher education in multimedia design while simultaneously studying art, merging these disciplines to create a distinctive fusion of design and multimedia artistry.
After gaining experience in branding design at an agency and working with the Mexican Ministry of Public Education, Maw chose to fully dedicate himself to his art career. Since then, he has completed international projects across the United States, Mexico, Portugal, and Vienna. His expertise spans a broad spectrum of visual arts, including decorative painting, large-scale murals, digital art, animation, and design.
Maw’s artistic vision is driven by a desire to blend traditional artistic techniques with cutting-edge technology, creating immersive and interactive experiences. His work reflects a passion for pushing creative boundaries, consistently seeking new ways to engage audiences and express his unique artistic voice.
